If you wish to receive credits from the Japanese Society of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, please be sure to enter your "Japanese Society of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery membership number (7 half-width digits beginning with 0)" when applying.
Please make sure that you do not confuse this number with your medical specialist number (5 digits).

- This society is recognized as an [Affiliated Society (2 credits)] of the Japanese Otorhinolaryngological Society's system of certified otorhinolaryngologists.
- Conference participation credits (2 credits) will be awarded for attending the conference on-site or viewing the on-demand streaming.
- One credit (no upper limit) can be earned for each common training course for medical specialists.
- One credit (maximum 2 credits) for each course in the field of otorhinolaryngology can be earned.
- Credit will not be granted for courses that are the same as courses taken locally.
